Creating the Starbucks rich media mobile site, a globally recognized coffee brand, was an exciting opportunity to blend my love for design with my passion for coffee. Starbucks aimed to drive user engagement and click-through purchases of their fall flavors of home-brewed coffee (Fall In Love campaign). As a fellow Starbucks coffee lover, I found working on these campaigns inspiring and invigorating.

Challenges:
Coffee Drink Love: The mobile site needed to spotlight Starbucks’ Fall flavor coffee, positioning it as the go-to choice for coffee enthusiasts.
Brewing Creativity: Upholding Starbucks’ visual brand identity while ensuring ease of navigation was essential.
Beautiful Beans: To add visual flair, I emphasized “FALL IN LOVE” in association with the campaign name and header verbiage. Animated coffee beans falling from the top of the screen as users scroll added an engaging touch.

Goals:
Coffee Enthusiast Experience: The site resonates with coffee lovers, using soft fall colors in visuals and large tap areas for an enjoyable user experience.
Sip and Learn: Curated content introduces users to Starbucks’ Fall coffee blends, allowing them to explore and learn more about their favorite brews.

Accomplishments:
The mobile site successfully celebrated Starbucks’ Fall IN LOVE coffee blends, engaging users and reinforcing their love for the brand.
